Why adaptive?

I'm a lifelong athlete and certified personal trainer with a background in basketball, volleyball, and track and field. After tearing both ACLs and relearning how to walk, I discovered how powerful smart training and resilience really are.

That journey took me from physical therapy to coaching. I served as an athletic director for three years, taught high-energy group classes like Zumba, and coached at boutique studios like Orangetheory. Today, I specialize in helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency through fun, challenging workouts and habit-based coaching.

I believe fitness should meet you exactly where you are and celebrate every step forward. Every body has a starting point, and every starting point deserves a program built for it. My mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, love the process, and discover the warrior that's been in you all along.

Rooted in the Hill Country

I train clients in and around Wimberley, Texas: in living rooms, on porches, and in backyards across the Hill Country. This community is home, and building a tribe of strong neighbors, one door at a time, is exactly the point.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly


I've never exercised before. Is this for me?

Yes. That's the specialty. Most of Juliana's clients are starting from zero or close to it. Your first sessions are built entirely around your current starting point, whatever it is.

I have an injury or condition. Can I still train?

Adaptations are the core of every program. Seated, supported, and standing variations exist for every exercise. When appropriate, Juliana will encourage you to check with your doctor first, and your program will respect whatever guidance they give.

Do I need equipment?

No. If you have dumbbells, a chair, or resistance bands, we'll use them. If not, your bodyweight is enough to start.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. In-home training is available in Wimberley and the surrounding Hill Country. Outside that area, virtual coaching brings the same sessions to you online.

How much does it cost?

1-on-1 training is $100/hour, currently 50% off ($50/hour) for Wimberley locals. Small group training is $25 per person with a 3-person minimum in the Wimberley area. Your first consultation is always free.
